Useful info
  • About

Established in 2008, FTelettronica is a small effects pedal company based in Isola del Liri, Italy. Our catalog includes models inspired by the classics of the past, without ignoring the technological evolution of the components and the advantages it can bring.

  • Building

Enclosures are mostly powder coated and the graphics are screen printed. We mainly use Alpha potentiometers, Neutrik and Lumberg jacks.

  • Warranty

FTelettronica will repair or replace your pedal if it fails to operate due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years to the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover cosmetic damage to the finish and external hardware. To qualify for warranty, the original owner must provide proof of purchase of their new FTelettronica pedal from an authorized dealer. Please note that the warranty excludes any shipping costs.

  • Return policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
